3 days, ALL INCLUSIVE IN WHISTLER, BCUpon arrival, you’ll be taken care of from start to finish. Plant-based meals include breakfast, lunch (light) and dinner. Your accommodation, trainings, activities (including special surprises) and everything else is included in the fee. There is time for relaxation in which an activity is optional and not included.
A CUSTOM 3 MONTH-MARKETING PLAN TO LAUNCH OR GROWLearn how to plan 3 months of content from lead capture, newsletter, blogs, social platforms and more. We will develop your custom plan that you can use each quarter to design a launch or content strategy that works for your goals and services.
A PROFESSIONAL PHOTO SHOOT WITH A MAKEUP ARTIST ON-SITEOnce we’ve defined your content plan, we will create a professional photoshoot to match! Our photographer will be onsite all day, and will work with you to determine the best shots to bring your plan to life. Keep in mind that Whistler will be rainy, with some sleet or snow on the ground. Most shooting will be done in the luxury home we are staying!

It’s time to give your business the attention it deserves, and save you time as a result. It’s time to feel empowered by marketing, instead of overwhelmed by it.
We believe that every CEO needs to prioritize working ON their business every quarter, and a retreat is the perfect way to do just that! During this retreat, you’ll have the space to connect with yourself, your goals and needs, and use that to fuel your strategy for the next 3 months.
We’ll spend our time co-creating a marketing strategy with a community of women to support and inspire you along the way. This strategy will connect your intention is for the next quarter, and build out a roadmap to get there. We will use your services and sales goals as the foundations to map out your content for 3 months, and begin compiling these materials to bring it to life.
You will leave with a formula to sustainably scale your business each quarter, a complete 3 month content plan or launch plan using your services, ethical sales stratgies, professional brand photography, new friendships, and so much more.

IMPORTANT INFO:
MEALSOur chef will prepare 100% plant-based, protein rich meals for the duration of your stay. Please provide any dietary requests in your application.
LOCATIONWe will be staying in a private residence North of Whistler in Wedgewoods. This location is remote and features many walking trails. The home sleeps max 10 people sharing 5 beds.
StructureWe will be mixing relaxation, learning, creative and active time throughout the weekend. Each day will begin at 9am and end after dinner.

What can I expect from the retreat?You can expect to blend mind, body and soul into one growth-focused weekend. You will meet inspiring business owners who want to build their community in a space that allows you to pause, breathe and reignite your love for your business.
Is transportation included in the price?No, airfare and additional transportation costs to get to the retreat are your responsibility. We will provide any details you need in order to plan accordingly. To get to the location, we will happily collect you in Whistler Village or Rainbow (North of Whistler). Once here, you will not need a vehicle to get around.
What if I have additional questions or need help planning the trip?Our hosts have it covered! Should anything come up, feel free to shoot Steph an email at stephanie@junipermanagement.ca with the subject “Whistler Retreat” and we’ll help you in any way we can.
Are there any excursions outside of the cabin?Yes! Except they are all optional. We will be doing all learning, and photography in and around the cabin. A couple excursions are planned including optional spa day (not included) or free time. The cabin is located about 20 minutes outside of Whistler Village.

Stephanie McColm
Stephanie is a recovering work-aholic, and online business strategist. She has worked for countless companies and women around the world to help them save time, and bring balance back into their business. She focuses on creating sustainable and scaleable businesses through effective marketing, service stacking, boundaries, and personal management. She has a key eye on client and community experiences.
In 2022, Stephanie reached complete burnout from her work. For three years, she had built everyone else’s business except for her own. And found herself in the exact place she helped everyone else get out of. It was through this that she developed “My Balanced Business” which launches officially in Spring 2022. This year, she is embodying balance, and coaching others to create business that empower your lifestyle in and out of the office.
