I’m honoured to have you here! Whether we’ve worked together for awhile, or just starting out, I am honoured to embark on this journey together. I believe that everything we do is about building relationships online and offline, and hope that our relationship has been a positive and mutual experience.

THE TESTIMONIAL = TIME

The more you give, the more you get! We’ve developed a simple point system to give back in the form of time. Each cheer is 30 minutes of time. You can get up to 6 points every 6 months! 

This time will be used above and beyond our current working relationship, and not in replace of. It will be used to help develop strategies such as email campaigns, media outreach, IG story development etc. Time will be completed in a timely manner, but will not be completed in the month of December 2023, February 2024 or May 2024. I will keep track of owed hours, but will not put a time frame on them and they cannot be used to “fast track” or rush anything. They will only be completed after client work is complete, and when is most spacious for us! They should be treated as a luxury!

Feel like shouting us out in your stories? We love this because it means not only your audience sees this, but so does ours! 

HOW TO DO IT: 
  1. Film yourself talking about your experience with us, or something we did for you that you love! The more organic the better!

  2. If filming isn’t your forte, feel free to snap an image and add some text over it. Make sure it feels relevant and supportive to your natural stories!

  3. Make sure to tag us!!!

  4. Feel free to reach out for inspiration ideas if you’re unsure.

THE REFERRAL = CASH

Have you referred us to someone? We want to give back and we’re pretty stoked about the ways in which we can do that… This incentive is given back in the form of cash value in increments of $100. 

In each of our inquiry pages, we have a “How Did You Hear About Us” section. When you are talking about us, someone in your space find us, and works with us, we want to pay you back! 

DETAILS:

For every $1,000 received you will receive $100.

HOW IT WORKS :
  1. When a new client works on a one-off contract with us, all monies for that project, or the first three months of the project, will count towards your referral amount. 

  2. You will be paid once the project is complete and the contract is closed.

  3. You will receive $100 for every $1000 spent. For example, if their invoice is $1300, you will receive $100. If their invoice is $2800, you will receive $200.

One-Off Clients

DETAILS:

For every $1,000 received in the first 3 months, you will receive $100.

HOW IT WORKS :
  1. When a new client begins working with us, and were one of your direct referrals, all monies we receive from them for their first three months of working with us, will count towards your referral amount.

  2. Any money pre-paid for work outside of 3 months will not count.

  3. Money will be paid at the end of the 3 month cycle.

  4. You will receive $100 for every $1000 spent. For example, if their retainer is $2100/month, you will receive $200 x 3. If their retainer is $1000 per month, you will receive $100 x 3, and so on!

Retainer Clients

Any strange projects or weird invoicing will also be considered and we will let you know if this is the case, if such a thing were to happen!

Now here’s the Fine Print, that is also our favourite part

We know we know firsthand that $100 can disappear very quickly, and we want this cash to feel luxurious… like a pleasant surprise. 

That, and supporting local is one of our values.

So instead of giving you $100 is cash, we’ve decided to take it one step further and support local in your area in the form of a gift card.  For example: $100 to your favourite cafe, $200 to your favourite gift shop, $300 to your local spa etc.
